Scott Bauer

Scott serves as the Primary Sales Engineer in Virginia.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from North Carolina State University.

Jerry Hodge

Jerry serves as our Staff Accountant.  She is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions and also serves as Louis Solomon’s, III Business Assistant.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southwest Missouri State University. 

Craig Kuppler

Craig serves as the Primary Sales Engineer in North Carolina.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from North Carolina State University.

Han Lee

Han serves as our Service Technician and is responsible for the start up, installation, and maintenance of equipment.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Amanda Smalling

Amanda serves as the Business Manager and is also responsible for aspects of Sales & Marketing.  She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Business Management from Appalachian State University.

Louis Solomon, III

Louis serves as the Primary Sales Engineer in South Carolina and brings extensive knowledge of variable speed pumping and turnkey control systems to the company. He is the founder of the company and currently also serves as the President of the company.

Pam Stratton

Pam serves as the Book-keeper and is responsible for employee payroll, taxes, accounts payable and the general ledger.

Crystal Twiss

Crystal serves as a Project Manager and is responsible for maintaining spare parts orders.  She also supports Scott Bauer as a sales team assistant.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering with a Minor in Environmental Science from North Carolina State University.
